Our Franchise Support team can answer all of your questions about tax preparation, software applications, and general business procedures. This team includes franchise business specialists, tax software specialists, and customer resolution specialists. Our support team also consists of dedicated relationship managers for each of our franchisees. These managers personally handle your franchise account and act as your liaison at our corporate headquarters.
Customer Service
In addition, our support team is also staffed with a professional customer service team that handles all overflow calls redirected to our corporate offices from your franchise location. This group is the last line of defense for managing our enormous call volumes during tax season. When you can’t answer the phone, we lend a hand - and drive customers to our franchisees.
Technology
Our technology team develops and implements the IT infrastructure and applications that support for our franchisees and corporate offices. From e-mail accounts to store locator functionality along with building web applications that access an ever-expanding database, this team does it all.
Franchise Training Facility
Our state-of-the-art training center allows us to accommodate up to 30 franchisee trainees each week. In 2007, we took our franchise training facilities to the next level with an extensive remodel to improve our tax franchise support. Updated computer resources, a modern coffee bar, and the addition of a hands-on model storefront to ensure that our franchisees are better trained and better prepared for a successful tax season than ever before.
